    Account Manager KZN

    Job Description

    We have a position available for an Account Manager in KZN to generate and maintain the growth of Experian clients. The successful individual will be required to travel to clients on a daily basis and ensure superior customer service and promptly identify and resolve problems that directly impact the client/company relationship.

    Qualifications

    • Diploma, Bachelor of Degree / Advanced/Higher/Graduate In sales or business management will be to an advantage
    • A minimum of 5 years working experience in B2B and B2C sales
    • Client centric mindset within any market/ industry, fintech industry will be an advantage
    • Resilient to thrive in a complex, fast paced sales environment
    • Required Microsoft Office skill, any other technical software skill will be to an advantage
    • Opportunist, Creative, team player and positive attitude in driving timebound initiatives to successful goals
    • Understanding the fundaments of big data or data analytics in the B2B and B2C market

    Additional Information

    What you’ll be doing

    • Continue to appraise key business opportunities and provide existing services to our existing portfolio of Clients.       
    • New sales within targeted market segment to provide growth to new business and grow revenue. 
    • Assist in sales presentation, sell products to cater to the needs of the targeted market.
    • Responsible for the creation, implementation, and execution of Action Sales Plan;
    • Assists or drives new initiatives or, especially in new product/service launches with speed and effectiveness to the target market business operations
    • Responsibility for the sales process from initial point of contact, presentations, proposals, through contract negotiations and execution. Meet/exceed minimum monthly and annual sales objectives.
    • Prospect for new accounts, develop customer base, appraise key business opportunities in our market segments.
    • Responsible for the effective management and servicing of existing and potential customers including the development and growth of accounts to optimize profits.
    • Responsible for key accounts management and development of strategic; relationships with clients to ensure continuous repeat business with the Bureau;
    • Responsible for the committed revenue targets with Clients;
    • Identify opportunities to link up with financial institutions or other targeted segment through Collaboration                                                                      Actively participate in events, conference, seminars or other promotional activities.
    • Respond promptly and decisively to customers’ requirements through effective communication and co-ordination with various internal departments.
    • Other projects or matters may assign to support revenue targets in futures.
