    Factory Financial Controller

    Job description

    Qualification:

    • BCom Accounting – Not negotiable
    • BCom Honours or CIMA would be advantageous

    Skills:

    • Successful candidate must have experience in a FMCG or manufacturing company
    • Applicants must have at least 5 years in a financial position based at a plant/factory
    • My client is looking for a candidate who is experienced in many areas of the organisation, hands on and operational.

    Job description:

    • Costing
    • Provide management with cost cutting ideas
    • Budgets
    • Forecasts
    • BOMS
    • WIP reports
    • Stock
    • Inventory analysis
    • Variance analysis
    • Supply chain
    • Strategies on how to improve efficiency
    • Planning and managing factory production
    • Manage and motivate a team
