Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, the incumbent is responsible for the overall management of multiple teams. He/she manages all the resources required to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and retention through the development of and execution of the account’s retail customer’s key strategies. He/she is responsible to attract and retain high- performing teams. This position has responsibility for the development and execution of strategic plans, business plans, budgeting and hiring for the teams or group of accounts within the account. As a key leader in the organization, the incumbent is responsible for creating and developing an annual strategic plan.
