The successful candidate should portray high levels of leadership skills and must have the ability to empower people. It is essential that the incumbent is ethical and trustworthy including having good interpersonal and communication skills. Furthermore, have the ability to apply problem solving skills and will be required to be strategic as well as have a broad market awareness.
