Minimum Requirements: (Please submit proof of these requirements with your application)
- A+ & N+
- Languages: English and Afrikaans – fluent
- 2 - 3 Year working experience in Windows Desktop environment
- Experience on helpdesk
- Own Vehicle for travel to work
- MCSE or MCITP an advantage

Duties Include (however not limited to):
- Remote client support of desktops
- Telephonic support of customers
- Weekly Windows server maintenance
- Remote support on Windows servers
- New implementations
- Hardware and software upgrades
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM support
- Maintaining helpdesk cases in Microsoft CRM Dynamics
- Logging of accountable time in Microsoft CRM Dynamics for billing purposes
- Weekly and monthly reports
- Arranging outsourced onsite technicians to be sent to customers
- Onsite support when required
- Logging of outsourced onsite technicians time in Microsoft CRM Dynamics for billing purposes
- Basic administration work (Uploading documents to SharePoint, capture of information and supporting documents into CRM Dynamics, etc.)
Training will be provided for:
- Microsoft CRM Dynamics
- Customer Service

- Ability to take Ownership, being responsible for any task allocated and preformed.
- Give regular feedback to management and clients of requests received.
- Strong administrative ability with practical organisation skills and a methodical approach to managing a helpdesk.
This position is a permanent position.
Expected salary R12,000.00 to R20,000 per month dependant on qualifications and expereince.
