    Regional Digital Account Director

    Job Description

    The Portfolio Lead is responsible for the coordination of agency resources to effectively service client needs in support of the site platform experiences for the markets in Middle East and Africa.

    The position will be responsible for leadership, coordination and activation across multiple work streams. Specific work streams include the site platform enhancements cycle plan for the sites in these markets, and managing a roadmap of continual optimization of digital site experiences for these markets.

    This role will be the key connection between the regional GTB teams, the global platform delivery, content and optimization teams, and the regional client teams based in Dubai and throughout the region.

    Major Responsibilities / Principal Accountabilities

    • In concert with digital and agency teams in region, manage client relationships with regards to ongoing support of site platform.
    • Coordination of ongoing work including functional enhancements, content maintenance, and strategic experience optimization opportunities for sites in region.
    • Works with regional client and IT teams, in partnership with global development partner to effectively facilitate proper Change Management process, and GUX Optimization Requests
    • Maintains regular contact and communications with regional client leadership responsible for digital experience activities
    • Participates in cross-regional governance model as lead agency partner representing regional prioritization activities
    • Take lead in regional operational improvement opportunities across and between partner teams that support the platform operations in Singapore, Delhi, Dubai, South Africa, and other global locations where relevant.
    • Work with client and agency teams in managing annual cycle planning process
    • Actively look for new opportunities for growth in portfolio of digital & experiences initiatives
    • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

    Knowledge And Skills

    • Demonstrated experience with B2C site platforms and related/supporting technologies that enable digital experiences (e.g., Analytics, content management platforms, etc.)
    • Candidate should be diplomatic, persuasive, inspirational, organized and honest.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit – comfortable being a change agent both internally and externally and dependable in a fast moving environment
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent evaluator of marketing and communication solutions.
    • Effective oral presenter.
    • Clear, concise business writer.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
    • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in Account Management.
    • Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities.
    • Willingness to travel should it be required.
