Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, the Resort Chef will lead, manage and organize all requirements for all the Culinary departments to the highest standards and in accordance to the standard operating procedures; enforce the set service standard procedures by directing, supervising and motivating staff to perform to the highest level of service.
- Executive experience in a 5 star / luxury property.
- Ability to conceptualise and create new culinary concepts.
- Mentor, coach and lead colleagues.
- Manage supply chain to maximise quality and control costs
- ONLY SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONALS AND CANDIDATES WITH A CURRENT WORK VISA TO WORK IN SOUTH AFRICA WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE.
