If you’re hoping to get paid to just answer the phone and tell people ‘take a seat, she’ll be out in a minute’ all day, then this probably isn’t the job for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- As a Receptionist, you’ll be managing the front desk, directing calls, and fielding enquiries from all angles, plus you’ll be handling a variety of office admin. All with unflappable courtesy.
- You’ll be expected to make our guests welcome, offer refreshments, provide travel and parking advice, and assist with transport bookings.
- You’ll also pick up other skills, like CRM and marketing, and we’ll encourage you to get involved. If you’re particularly good at something, then we can probably find a practical place for your unique abilities. So tell us what makes you special.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification is an added advantage
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in a similar role would be great, but it’s not a necessity
