Sales Team Leader at Siemens

Job description

• Plans and monitors achievement of agreed sales targets of a sales team for an assigned industry / vertical market, in which customers use Siemens products directly in the course of their own investments.
• Ensures adherence to Sales guidelines and ensures achievements of the targets set.
• Proposes sales budgets for the Vertical sales team and regularly monitors the achievements in the assigned area.
• Directly supports Vertical Sales Professionals in customer visits and negotiations.
• Acts as first level of escalation for respective cases and issues.
• Supports superiors in matters of product and service positioning for the assigned industry / vertical market and provides respective input.
• Initiates / contributes to planning of customer related product development measures or the setup of customer related projects.
• May support strategic key customers' business development.
• Leads an assigned team of Vertical Sales Professionals (direct).
• Ensures adhearence to CRM and Sales Management tools
