Job description
ROLE | WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
Customer Success sits at the centre of customer experience, business revenue drivers and technology. We get our hands dirty in the detail, think big picture and drive projects that will have a large individual and cumulative impact on the merchant base, organisation and our offerings.
We are expanding the team and are looking for someone who is looking to catapult their career by delivering exceptional onboarding and support content to our fast growing customer base across multiple products. This role has great growth potential because of the scope of the team, the growth of the Yoco’s customer base and product lines and the growth of the Customer Success team within Yoco.
You will be assisting in creating compelling onboarding and activation content and campaigns which drive exceptional customer experience and customer lifetime value at scale. You will work with the team to design and refine the onboarding experience and be expected to drive projects to completion by working within the CS team and with other teams, like product, design, operations, marketing, growth and external stakeholders.
You will need a strong customer empathy skills, a strong understanding of the possibilities of technology, the ability to create without constraints, but deliver quick results, critically analyse processes and communication and comfortable with briefing in work to others. You will need these skills in order to drive the right outcomes through the right message on the right medium at the right time to the right customer.
