Our client is currently looking for a qualified Sales Director candidate who will be based in Dubai/UAE and will be accountable for UAE and Oman countries and will be having the following key responsibilities
- Develop a strategic Sales plan and manage its implementation to expand customer base and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor the sales performance by region by reviewing sales reports across all assigned regions and confer with Sales Managers to discuss sales figures, market trends and modify action plans as required to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze sales statistics across all assigned regions to determine sales targets and inventory requirements and allocation for each region.
- Review inventory periodically to ensure proper stock levels for maximum turnover efficiency and plan for actions to push sales of held up stock.
- Capture market related data and actual production costs with an end objective for preparing realistic and competitive rates of products.
- Oversee and guide the preparation of periodical sales activity reports.
- Enhance sales growth by identifying and developing business relationships with current and potential customers.
- Strive to ensure high customer satisfaction and handle their complaints.
- Interact with regulatory agencies to obtain timely approval of pending petitions, applications and actions.
- Provide administrative and technical direction to all assigned Sales personnel.
- Train, supervise and provide guidance to the assigned Sales team members.
The Candidate
The Client Is Looking For Candidates Who Meet The Following Specifications
- having a bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Sales, or closely related field.
- having a minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in Sales of Pharmaceutical products with leading international/multinational firms.
- having experience in large markets. Experience in UAE and Oman markets would be an added advantage.
- having strong background and understanding of Strategic Sales Management, Project Management, Client Relationship Management, and Market Intelligence practices and principles.
- having strong knowledge and experience of CRM systems.
