Key Responsibilities:

Switchboard duties and logging faults via the SIM Helpdesk.

Hostess functions when welcoming clients and attending to all clients.

Oversee the reception client area, all boardrooms, and boardroom bookings.

Manage refreshment orders for meetings, presentations and the office as and when required.

Liaise with the marketing department

Maintain updated research in the reception area.
-
Prepare marketing briefs in line with marketing’s templates
-
Assist with Johannesburg client event coordination (as and when required)

Manage travel bookings
-
Manage office stationery and supplies invoices
-
Process invoices and payment requests
-
Manage incoming and outgoing post / deliveries and liaise with courier companies and the mailing room team.

Log calls with the Facilities Managers with regard to office maintenance
Minimum Requirements:
-
Tertiary and/or industry related qualification would be an advantage
-
Matric is essential
-
3-5 years’ experience as a receptionist (including switchboard duties)
-
Experience dealing with high profile clients is essential
Technical Competencies:

Proficient in MS Office
-
Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)

Good writing skills

Office administration experience is an advantage

Event coordination experience is an advantage
