Job description
Do you demonstrate a passion for a Contact Centre, have working knowledge of world-class customer service principles and proven experience in a consumer complaint resolution environment.
A great opportunity exists within our Customer Care Contact Centre for you.
The successful candidate will be responsible to provide telephonic support to customers with regards to queries, complaints and product information related to in-store supermarket services and web/mobile products in a professional manner. You will promote a positive image of the company through telephonic interaction whilst solving problems.

Qualifications
Matric (Grade 12)
Experience
3 year's + Consumer complaint resolution environment and Inbound & outbound call centre experience.
