    Learning and Development Facilitator

    Job description

    PURPOSE:

    To effectively and efficiently perform the functions of a Training Officer - Medical in the HR Department. Assist in the Development of training plans that meet the training requirements of the company and manage assigned training programmes.

    POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

    EDUCATIONAL (Minimum level necessary to perform the job).

    • School Grade 12
    • Professional / Tertiary
    • Relevant Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Development or ETDP or Equivalent
    • Relevant Diploma / Degree in Nursing or Medical Field

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Relevant Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Development or ETDP or Equivalent
    • Relevant Diploma / Degree in Nursing or Medical Field
    • Thorough knowledge of training and development interventions
    • Facilitation and presentation skills
    • Knowledge of NQF and SAQA requirements
    • Certified assessor /moderator preferred
    • Experience in learning material design and learning program development
    • Driver’s License

    • Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in the Medical Field
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in training
    • Computer literacy Intermediate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • TRAINING (Essential training received in addition to the above experience to perform the job).

    • Implement training and development plans
    • Facilitate conduct and coordinate training interventions
    • Develop and source training material
    • Responsible for training administration, training reports, training records.

    • Adhere to workflows, attendance registers, analysis of learner evaluation forms, complete training reports on training conducted, ensure that documents required for training are correct and accurate and maintain accurate training records - submit electronically to share drive 3 days after training event

    • Maintenance of training course material as per project plan.
