Job description

• Provide specialist advice and consultation on the product speciality
• Identify and resolve most complex issues related to specific products and act as the final point of resolution before consulting externally
• Create, maintain and communicate documentation of all processes, procedures and standards that enable the specific product and its application
• Develop optimum solutions that meet both business and technology requirements
• Design technical solutions relating to the product
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions
• Create and assemble components to build any customisations to Infosphere MDM
• Create macro and micro designs
• Write code
• Execute unit, integration and functional tests

Experience Required:

• Expert level skills in design and Java/J2EE and Java Script programming
• Experience using InfoSphere MDM Collaborative Edition V10.1 or previous IBM InfoSphere MDM Server for PIM V9.0
• Experience with IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Server
• Experience with any IDE
• Experience designing or deploying solutions tailored for transaction workloads
• Minimum 6 years hands on JAVA programming/analysis/design and scripting skills in Operating Systems (Windows, Unix or Linux)
• J2EE (Servlet, JSP, JDBC, JMS), Struts, Hibernate, Eclipse, Open Source Frameworks
• Object oriented JavaScript/jQuery
• Minimum 6 years exposure to IBM InfoSphere MDM Standard, Collaborative or Advanced edition
• MDM Workbench
• MDM Application Toolkit
• Minimum 6 years with either Oracle or DB2 databases with high volume
• Hands on experience on InfoSphere integration with other components of the integration pipeline
• Solid experience on integration protocols and the related SOA-security requirements/models
• Methodological skills
• Software development methods (Waterfall, V-Model, Scrum, Agile)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Advanced diploma or national first degree (B Degree in a technical discipline preferred)
• FPL or equivalent
