We are looking for a Junior-Mid Client Relationship Manager who is super passionate about dealing with people from all corners of the globe; a professional who has fantastic relationship management skills and thrives in a digital technology environment.

If you are have great business acumen, and if you know how to lead with heart and mind, then maybe you are the unicorn we’re looking for? You would be reporting to our Head of Client Engagement at our Johannesburg offices.

What you need to have:

• English proficiency (native/ bilingual)
• 2 years + experience in client account/ relationship management in a digital environment
• Above average communication and interpersonal skills (verbally and orally)
• Great stakeholder management skills (10-20 clients at a time/ internal cross-functional teams/ management)
• Trusted advisor relationship building skills with clients and executive sponsors
• Tracking, analytical and reporting skills (forecast tracking, expectation handling)
• Sales skills: Up-sell, cross-sell benefits and solutions
• Fantastic pipeline management skills: Planning, strategising and monitoring
• Strong eye for detail and quality control
• Valid South African work permit

Advantageous:

• Advanced issue escalation/ conflict resolution skills
• Background in communications, linguistics, marketing or sales beneficial
• Ability to progress independently with little guidance or structure

Your qualifications:

• Minimum Matric, preferred post-secondary certificate, diploma or degree
• Fully computer literate
