Are you able to manage property to its highest and best use?

You would be responsible to manage all buildings within your portfolio successfully from profit, maintenance, and safety perspective under the guidance of the Property Manager.

The successful candidate will liaise tenants directly while permanently being based at Shoprite Head Office in Brackenfell.

JOB OBJECTIVES

• Prepare and control the budgets for each building/shopping area
• Manage all aspects of the leasing process and the administration thereof
• Collect and administrate monthly rentals timeously
• Manage building maintenance and various contractors
• Manage the day-to-day running of each building/centre
• Ensure all buildings/centres comply with health and safety standards
• Prepare monthly management reports

Qualifications

• Successful completion with an average of 60%+ in:
• Bachelor of Commerce
• Bachelors of Law
• Property Studies
• Real Estate Studies
