Role Requirements:

• Responsible for strategy, conceptualization and implementation of digital design solutions that meet marketing strategies.
• Creation of digital design solutions, from concept to completion, in a wide range of graphic applications.
• Collaborate with marketing teammates to support website design and content marketing (website, email, blog, social media assets, and more).
• HTML and CSS skills to execute pixel perfect responsive design.
• Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design.
• Scope and create templates for our marketing team to be more efficient in their posting on social media, blogs, email, and other channels.
• Manage other design needs such as print collatoral and art direction.
• Expert at responsive design with a mobile-first mentality.
• Extensive experience with HTML and CSS.
• Past experience as either an in-house designer at an agency. (We require work samples to apply for this position.)
• Experience designing for template-driven systems.
• Create assets for our team that are mobile, tablet, and desktop-friendly and provide a user experience that fits on all three screens.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Multidisciplinary work across all design styles and brand aesthetics.
• Adhere to efficient working practices.
• Ability to manage and/or mentor Junior Digital Designer/s.

• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage own time and workload.
• A minimum of 5 years’ industry experience.
