Objective Of The Job
To provide a comprehensive financial framework to guide Production management and ensure the business works towards their short, mid and long terms Financial Planning & Controlling goals in compliance to the Company's Integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E. requirements and to perform delegated S.H.E. tasks and duties & to inform superior about deviations. Ensure that Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and Foreign Corruption Practises Act (FCPA) requirements are adhered to.
Main Tasks
To provide a comprehensive financial framework to guide Production management and ensure the business works towards their short, mid and long terms Financial Planning & Controlling goals in compliance to the Company's Integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E. requirements and to perform delegated S.H.E. tasks and duties & to inform superior about deviations. Main Tasks
- Efficiency. Monitor financial efficiency within Production and related processes. Document appropriate business process improvements and co-ordinate business performance review meetings with Production managers on a standardized and regularly basis. Implement agreed financial efficiency actions.
- Planning. Collate detailed financial data for Production budget management meetings and reports, including but is not limited to: Cost centre and material costs Analysis, Operational Planning, First Expected Actual (EA), Second EA and Forecasting. Record all agreed financial decisions and implement financial efficiency actions.
- Over Heads Controlling. Prepare and support overhead and investment controlling for Production. Co-ordinate the effective and constant control of actual costs and investments against budget, ensure corrective actions to correct any deviations as well as understand impact on Profitability of the total business.
- Production Line Process Optimisation. Prepare and conduct detailed production line process optimisation reviews in line with their business requirements to support Production's achievement of their strategic goals.
- Self-development. Taking personal responsibility for learning and development through a process of assessment, reflection and actioning. This can include both on and/or off the job training. This also includes the sharing of learnings with team.

Experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in a specialised field in Finance or Accounting or relevant equivalent experience.
Qualifications
- Matric/Grade 12 plus a 3 or 4 years’ National Diploma/Degree or relevant equivalent.
- CIMA or CA (SA) Qualification advantageous.
