Job Description

• Ensure integrity and stability of finance systems and related integrations
• Analyze, document, design and implement systems
• Design and implemented integrations between various feeder systems ERP systems (preferably Dynamics GP)
• Analyze and perform reconciliations of differences between source and ERP system
• Analyze and document user, functional & technical specifications
• Conduct investigations and suggestions on improved systems
• Consult with other departmental units with regards to financial system and software related issues
• Document system and process flow diagrams
• Compile manual and automated reports – ranging from basic reports to BI level
• Conduct database queries and investigations
• Resolve queries and complaints
• Conduct interface scheduling, execution and balancing
• Manage the testing of customized systems
• Manage finance systems upgrades and implementation of service packs & hotfixes
• Contribute to and implemented overall financial systems strategy.
