Procurement Buyer at RB

Job description

A fantastic opportunity is available for a Procurement Buyer to join RB’s Procurement team.

This role is responsible to lead the development of strategies designed to provide maximum possible contribution to the profitable growth of RB, from current and/or new supply markets. In this role you will support and contribute to the development of global/regional purchasing strategies with new and/or existing vendors. You will be required to understand all internal and external purchasing activities and knowledge of processes with other RB regional and global businesses. As an integral member of an experienced and dynamic team, you will develop and maintain a high level, constructive and effective relationship with all suppliers.

• Time management and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines and manage work load whilst under pressure.
• Ambitious, enthusiastic and dedicated to take on responsibility and ownership.
• Commercial and business knowledge and excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
• Educated to a high standard with 3- 5 years’ experience in FMCG Procurement environment.
• Relevant University degree.
• Good Project Management and PC Software Skills.
