We are looking for a well-spoken, results-focused outbound sales agent who is comfortable with making a large number of prospecting calls every day, who dilligently follows the sales process and performs the associated sales administration tasks. More specfically:
- Be prepared to consistently make 120 outbound calls, have 20-30 actual conversations with prospects and schedule 2-4 new appointments for the Account Executives every day
- Be able to improvise and execute on the objectives of a calling script without ever sounding like following a scripted approach.
- Thrive on a basic salary and the prospect of generous commission payments based on achieved performance goals
- Should have impeccable phone etiquette, a friendly personality (who can smile over the phone) and neutral-accent English
- Knowledge of the IT industry and prior experience selling to IT leaders of mid-sized businesses would be a great advantage
- Should be able to work independently from our offices in Stellenbosch with a minimum amount of supervision
- Should be a fast learner and come with the attitude of doing what is required to get the job done
- Using technology to achieve outcomes should come natural
- Should be flexible team-player who is willing to take on other responsibilities within the business as and when required.
