    OCC Team Leader

    Job Description

    You will be managing and supporting the Operations Command Center consisting of team of approximately 32 multi-layered support staff and project services to customers based across a number of technologies in line with customer contracts and SLA's.

    A Day At The Office

    • Delivering of excellent customer service by supervising customer related activities of staff, and ensuring that customers are treated in a professional manner;
    • To be an integral team member identifying and contributing to customer server service improvement suggestions, initiatives and solution realisation to all customers;
    • Develop and enhance cooperative interdepartmental relationships and communications throughout the company and with stakeholders external to the company;
    • Identify opportunities to extend service and offerings to enhance the value of our customer solutions and satisfaction;
    • To provide onsite customer project and incident support services from time to time as well as liaising with users, user groups and customers to enhance the value of;
    • Oversee receivable and payable accounts on a daily basis;
    • Coordinate monthly assessment of the Department's financial performance and production activities;
    • Supervise periodic budgeting for the Department’s annual financial plan, as well as oversee long term financial goals; and,
    • Facilitate interactions between the internal team and the hosted platforms for the overall success of the organization.

    Job Requirements

    You will need a minimum of 4 years' support experience in Event Management, 4 years' Infrastructure (Server and Network) experience, 4 years' platform and integration experience and a minimum of 2 years' managing a team.

    It's important that you have Sound Monitoring toolset knowledge and skills, ITIL Operational Support and Analysis and Project Management experience.
