Job description
The Program Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics of delivering client educational and training projects. This role acts as a communications and logistics hub for deliveries, coordinating communications between faculty, venue and client, keeping the team informed of challenges and changes. The Program Manager owns the end-to-end execution of on-site program delivery to include: all pre-program planning and development; program venue selection, contracting and management; management of program materials; coordination of all communications and logistics during program delivery; and post program evaluation process and debriefing.
The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience including extensive experience in logistics planning in an education, consulting or advisory services environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Ability to travel domestically and internationally required. Strong Presentation and writing skills required.
Preference will be given, but not limited to, candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
