This role is primarily responsible to:

• Support the Executive, Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management (RAFM) in design and planning of RAFM strategic programs for the Group and Operating Companies
• Own the delivery of the RAFM strategic programs for the Group and Operating Companies
• Manage the delivery of the Financial Improvement Programme with partners and Operating Companies

Duties include:

• Strategic planning
• Execution planning
• Program management
• Project initiation
• Project planning
• Project execution
• Information management / reporting
• Project budget management
• Project commercial management (Contract Negotiation & Vendor Management)
• Customer satisfaction (internal)
• This reports to the Executive: Group Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management

Role requirements:

• You must have a Bachelor's Degree, as well as a Prince/PMBOK qualification
• You must have the following experience:
• At least 5 years of experience in a complex, technology-oriented industry
• At least 3 years of cross functional project management experience.
• At least 3 years of strategic planning and execution experience
• A good working knowledge of telecommunications technology principles and application.
• At least 2 years of working knowledge with internal control and governance systems and environments
• Working experience in a head office company environment is essential.
