The following is what we are needing assistance with :
Death and Retiral: for RA and Preservation
Death: for TFSA; LISP and Pure Life
Complete: LISP and Life specs
For all of the above Products we are needing the rules and governances defined and written down. This will entail a lot of engagement with our legal and compliance colleagues as well as engagement with retirement fund resources. So an understanding of Financial services will be necessary.
In addition to the above we may need assistance on some of our tax requirements depending on how other resourcing within our department is resolved. Must be able to host workshops with the Savings team to decipher what will be taken from existing versus what we will amend going forward, And then to concisely document the agreed rules.

Skills
- Must be very analytical
- Have written detailed specifications before
- Can gather information from around the business
- Strong writing/documentation skills – e.g to create consistency across the various specs we’ve been working on and create logically flowing documents
- Experience/understanding of Old Mutual would be great
- All other normal BA skills
Experience
- Senior (4 to 8 yrs exp in business apps & exposure to IT functions. Experienced in business and data analysis, solutions design & testing, data modelling).
