Company Background: Established and ever-growing Corporate Wear Company is seeking an experienced Content and Community Manager in Salt River, Cape Town.
Job description:
- Create, manage and build clients online presence through social media platforms.
- Production of engaging social content.
- Scheduling and posting of content as per content plans.
- Monthly Analysis of content and community data, and development of insights and recommendations.
- Proactive and reactive community moderation.
- Poduction of all social content across all social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram & Google+
- Posting Scheduled content, moderation and community management on the above mentioned platforms as per content plan.
- Adhere to the standard practices guide for social channel responsibilities and guidelines.
- Create and maintain the monthly content calendar for all social media platforms.
- Brief the creative department for all collateral.
- Ensure all marketing collateral is strategically correct, on brief and will be engaging for the community.
- When and if necessary, conduct social audits and assist with overall online brand research that will support the ongoing growth of the community that feeds back into the strategy.
- Identification of Influencers and trends for brands to connect and engage with.
- Keeping abreast of platform updates and making necessary recommendations on changes where appropriate.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in languages, copywriting or content management.
- Outstanding English copy editing, proofreading and copywriting skills.
- An extremely good eye for detail.
- 2 – 4 Year Experience as a copy editor, copywriter, community manager or content manager.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Confidence in presenting.
