Job Summary

As an Inspector Supervisor, you will do everything necessary to increase our operational effectiveness and fully realize the potential of our team members.

You will be expected to:

• Audit and assess inspectors’ performance, including on-site, and report any issues found to the management
• Identify room for improvement in inspectors’ work and give appropriate advice, in order to ensure that their performance is up to the company standards
• Assist inspectors in high-priority or high-risk inspections, as well as when assigned to lead a front-line team
• Manage inspector training in South Africa,Swaziland and Lesotho areas of operation
• Maintain two-way communication with our teams and/or factories in order to resolve any issues that may arise .

We may also ask you to:

• Assist investigations in case of client or factory complaints
• Supervise the implementation of new operational processes
• Contribute to the recruitment plans regarding front-line staff

It could be you, if you have:

• A university degree in Engineering (Textile major preferred but not mandatory)
• Practical experience with quality assurance and ISO9001
• Fluency in written and spoken English

It also helps if you are:

• Proficient in database management (MS Excel, dynamic charts, macros, etc.)
• Prepared to frequently travel for work
• Self-motivated, highly responsible, with a strong sense of professional integrity
