Job description

Purpose of the Quality Manager:

Ensure that the highest quality standards are implemented and maintained throughout our facility. Responsibilities include monitoring and improving quality and food safety management systems; performing risk assessments; monitoring and verifying critical control points, dealing with customer complaints, conducting supplier audits; managing quality control.

Ideal Requirements

• BSc / BTech / National Diploma in Food Technology / Consumer Science / or equivalent
• +5 years management experience in a packaging factory
• General working knowledge of GMP’s, PRP’s, HACCP and GFSI/FSA
• Implementation and maintaining ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 systems
• Microsoft Office skill
• Must have a valid driver's license and own transport
