Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to the following:

• Planning, leading, organising and controlling maintenance and repairs of all equipment along with the overhauling of equipment.
• Complying and co-ordinating Health, Safety and Environmental Standards.
• Effectively utilising human and material resources.
• Ensuring that the mine’s procedures are enforced and adhered to.
• Meeting legal, safety and production targets.
• Leading and motivating a productive team
