Key Responsibilities will include:
- Under general supervision, responsible for installation and modification of IT infrastructure.
- Operates closely with customer to determine requirements and resolve problems.
- Provides general technical consulting on systems to customers and field service engineers.
- Co-operates with sales and support personnel on customer requirements and needs.
- Assists junior and new staff members in technical functions.
- Take cognisance of industry compliance requirements
- Be aware of changes in clients operational and medium to long term objectives and ICT requirements
- Understand the current BCX service model Be aware of SLA / OLA requirements
- Have a conceptual understanding of the Service delivery model.
- Awareness of latest updates of Service Catalogue which form the basis of Service delivery
- Alignment with Client Services Models Awareness of emerging and current technology.
