You Are Great At

• Analyse customer EIM requirements.
• Design according customer EIM solutions based on Open Text and Partner products and solutions - often embedded in complex customer IT environments and strategies.
• Act as trusted advisor and EIM Solution Architect for customers and partners
• Interact with Sales, Global Services and Partners to create and finalize Solution offerings and initial Project delivery plans.
• Explain and if necessary demonstrate complex EIM Solutions and Architectures to customers.
• Actively engage in the enablement of partners to improve the sales channel.
• Create and present customised solution-oriented demonstrations.
• Manage and respond to RFPs
• Prepare and conduct technical proof of concepts for clients.
• Represent Open Text at Trade Fairs.

What It Takes

• Tracke record of relevant work experience in business and/or software sales environment within CIS region and Russia.
• Knowledge of ERP to help better understand customer requirements.
• Knowledge of BPM/ECM platforms
• Strong presentation and explanation skills.
• Proven technical expertise and ability to dig deep.
• Excellent solution selling and value based selling approach.
• Experience in project management of complex presales projects.
• Experience in architecting enterprise-level solutions
• Credibility & maturity to work with customer representatives ranging from technical to management level.
• Ability to work as part of a dynamic team including strategic partners.
• Knowledge of software industry relating to all aspects of EIM solutions.
• Ability to travel as required in the assigned region and on occasions to Europe.
• Fluency in English and Russian languages is a must, both spoken and written

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS 

• Understand the transformational initiatives of business in the Enterprise Information Management space
• Advocate, advise, and implement world-class solutions for our customers
• Lead a team of consultants to deliver the right solution in the context of a project and contribute to generating Roadmap for customers
• Scoping functionally complete and commercially viable offerings during the bid phase
• Articulate the merit of choosing solution options with experts internally and with enterprise architects on the customer side
• Follow and contribute to best practices for solution architecture, technical architecture, and implementation approaches
• Stay up-to-date with cloud technologies and imbibe the learnings as and when needed in real-life  

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 

• An expert level knowledge with hands-on experience in either AppWorks or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) stack
• Expertise in similar products may also be considered
• More than 10 years of technical experience in designing and implementing solutions in the above products
• Excellent knowledge and experience working in Enterprise applications, IT Infrastructure, Networks and Relational databases
• Communication that will promote trust and clarity 
• Strategic thinking and structuring those ideas to achieve incremental value in every cycle
• Well-versed in various lifecycles of solution architecture – ground-up building or transforming the existing to meet certain objectives
• Excellent English language skills both written and spoken
