    Human Capital Contact Centre Analyst x 2 Global Grade 10

    Key Outputs

    • Tmanage all administrative related tasks in the allocated region regarding the life cycle of an employee and tassist in resolving queries related tbenefits, payroll and Human Capital policies

    Key Output

    • Deliver customer service according to position relevant KPI's (as per Balanced Scorecard, SLA's) while meeting departmental financial targets
