    Service Centre Coordinator

    Job Description

    The duties will include but will not be limited to:

    • Assists the technicians in raising of quotes and the creation of job cards
    • Manages and reports on the progress of all repairs undertaken
    • Provides dealers and end-users with feedback with respect to all work undertaken
    • General administration and coordination with respect to service calls in the Service Centre
    • Maintain a database of all workshop related information
    • Creation of all order numbers for repairs sent to suppliers
    • Contact customers for “Go-ahead” and follow ups on outstanding jobs with dealers.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12/Matric
    • Tertiary qualification highly beneficial
    • At least 2 – 3 years customer service experience
    • Computer literate
    • High energy levels

    • Excellent telephone skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle pressure,

    Commercial Catering Equipment Technician

    Overall purpose of the job:

    • To produce the required labour hours through maintenance and repair work, in accordance with the Company quality and efficiency standards.

    Duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

    • Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery or equipment.
    • Disassemble machinery or equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
    • Observe and test the operation of machinery or equipment and diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters and other testing devices.
    • Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs.
    • Clean, lubricate, or adjust parts, equipment, or machinery.
    • Examine parts for defects, such as breakage or excessive wear.
    • Test newly repaired machinery or equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs.
    • Provide comprehensive and accurate reports on diagnosis, assessment of component/part, failures, observations, actions, and recommendations.
    • Record parts or materials used and order or requisition new parts or materials as necessary.
    • Ensure excellence in customer service delivery through meticulously following procedures/processes.
    • Ensure the correct documentation is in place and accurately completed before repairs are done.
    • Work standby and overtime, when required to do so.
    • Ensure that all OHS procedures are followed and that all tools and equipment is handled with proficiency and with the necessary respect

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12
    • N6 Technical qualification
    • Trade tested refrigeration qualification
    • Technical (workshop and repairs) experience of 2-3 years which includes repairs, assembly of equipment, quotations on parts and the likes – highly beneficial.

    Skills:

    • To perform repairs and installations of equipment and refrigeration
    • Technical repairs skills including refrigeration repairs
    • Excellent communication skills on all levels (speak, read, and write)
    • Ability to manage customer’s expectations
    • Problem solving skills
    • Team player
    • PC literate (SAP, Excel, Word, e-mail)

    Knowledge:

    • Knowledge of customer services
    • Repair, testing and quoting on products received
    • Maintaining of all tools and equipment
