    Graphic Design Contractor (Cape Town)

    Main responsibilities

    • Actively engage in design production tasks and provide support on a variety of design projects.
    • Develop and update a range of project collateral materials.
    • Create and maintain reports, rankings, and research documents in PDF format for web and
    • print.
    • Foster the generation of innovative ideas and concepts through collaboration with the team
    • members and stakeholders.
    • Work seamlessly with the design team across different media formats.
    • Manage projects from initial concept to final execution, meeting established deadlines.
    • Effectively present and communicate completed ideas to fellow team members and
    • stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the Design Team to advance the company's brand's coherence and consistency
    • throughout the organization.

    Education & Experience

    • Fine art or equivalent visual design school.
    • 3+ years of relevant experience in Graphic Design and brochure production

    Competencies and skills

    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly skilled in Adobe InDesign.
    • Familiar with design production across various platforms, including web and print, for multichannel campaigns.
    • Demonstrates a strong grasp of typography, image manipulation, and illustration
    • techniques.
    • Has a meticulous eye for visual details and a commitment to precision.
    • Thrives under pressure, consistently delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
    • Pays acute attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in every aspect of the design work.
    • Works effectively both independently and within defined time frames.
    • Maintains excellent organizational skills and communicates effectively in written and verbal
    • forms.
    • Possesses fluent proficiency in English, in both spoken and written communication.

    D365 Functional Consultant - JHB

    Key Responsibilities and/or output areas include, but are not limited to:  

    • Provision of Pre Sales support to the Client Development team to assist in closing D365 opportunities
    • Architecting solutions on behalf of clients focused on providing business value utilising Agile principles
    • Guiding teams in the deployment and delivery of D365 solutions
    • Provide continuity in D365 solution decisions through PARTICIPATION in project planning, review, and quality assurance activities
    • Must be able to come up with innovative solutions to customer problems while maintaining adherence to Microsoft best practices and supported development approaches
    • Client facing role must be able to gather requirements from customers and translate these into system designs and implementation 

    Requirements 

    • Matric plus applicable tertiary equivalent experience or preferably, an ICT relevant diploma or degree from a recognised tertiary institution
    • 3+ years' experience in development or function configuring, customising and integration of D365 solutions
    • D365 Fundamentals and/or Power Platform Fundamentals highly advantageous
    • Other D365 certifications would also be advantageous
    • Software development experience with aligned to D365 and/or Power Platform is Advantageous
    • Deep knowledge of D365 components, design, entities, customisation, configuration, integration, and implementation
    • Agile Scrum software development practices and disciplines and team-based software implementation/development
    • Customisation and Implementation D365 across several business lines

    Intermediate To Senior Business Analyst - Johannesburg

    Key Responsibilities and/or output areas include, but are not limited to:

    • Must have 5 + years of experience as an all-round BA (data, process, systems and business analysis)
    • Must have financial services experience as a Business Analyst specifically in Banking.
    • Experience in various project methods and principles (Agile, Waterfall, RUP)
    • Ability to transfer requirement documentation into user stories and integrate it into the Agile space.
    • Engagement across stakeholders and ability to run information-gathering sessions.
    • Gather, interpret, and document requirements (business, functional and technical)
    • Participate in the solution design process.
    • Participate in (ensuring/enabling) data integrity, quality, and governance.
    • Define the success criteria, document test cases, and provide support across the test environments.
    • Analyse, deconstruct and map existing and new business processes.
    • Align data sources, flows, storage, and reporting.
    • Assistance on solution delivery on implementation and training.

    Education Qualification:

    • Matric
    • University Qualification, Certificate or Diploma, aligned to relevant experience - Relevant Bachelors’ Degree / Diploma / recognised qualification from an accredited tertiary institution.

    Skills:

    • Formal or practical experience in the BABOK
    • Multiple process notations
    • Business Writing Skills
    • Presentation and Facilitation Skills
    • Data Modelling based on Entity Diagram Mapping
    • Repository-Based Modelling tools i.e., ARIS
    • Business Change Life Cycle
    • System Development Life Cycle (Waterfall, Agile, RUP)
    • Quality and Risk Management
    • ACORD Framework, SOA, TOGAF, ARCHIMATE
    • Experience with tools such as Confluence and Jira would be advantageous
