    School Counselor - Residential - Indonesia

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide a comprehensive developmental guidance and counseling program (PreK-8)
    • Act as the campus safeguarding person
    • Consult with teachers, parents, administrators and faculty to promote individual and community wellbeing
    • Provide educational support for various school programs
    • Member of the Student Support Services Team (the team meets regularly to discuss student referrals, review student/school data, create appropriate plans of action for identified students and appropriate interventions).
    • Support school-wide initiatives and Parent Education Programs
    • Collaborate with classroom teachers on student behavior, team building, classroom management, and student success
    • Implement a Restitution Model of Discipline
    • Promote and Educate for Digital Citizenship
    • Review nd contribute school policies related to Child Safeguarding, Bullying and Student Welfare
    • Work with classroom teachers on individual behavioral plans/interventions to help students find success in various learning environments.
    • Work with students individually to meet developmentally appropriate personal, emotional, academic and social goals.
    • Use technology, play, art, games, role-play, and other creative means to connenct with and support children
    • Implement the Second Step Social-Emotional Program and other articulated initiatives
    • Provide counseling in an individual or group setting tailored to meet the needs of all student participants; and on occasion parents
    • Seek additional opinions, information or counseling, Ed. Psych Services from outside resources.

    Education, Experience and Qualifications Required:

    • Bachelor Degree in Education or equivalent
    • Master Degree in Counseling and/or Psychology
    • Relevant administrative and teaching credentials
    • Broad International teaching experience (5 years)
    • Experience with primary school counseling (3-12) is essential
    • Effective communicative and interpersonal skills

    Recruitment Specialist - Midrand - South Africa

    Over-all Purpose of the Position

    • The position of Recruitment Specialist is responsible for providing the relevant Medical Services region with efficient recruitment support. They will also be involved in the shortlisting, pre-selection, presentation to the business and general end-to-end recruitment as required by the business for the purpose of staffing medical vacancies across the Africa region and providing wider support as required
    • Working with the Head of Recruitment, Regional Recruitment Manager, Regional Partners and Regional Business to understand the needs of the region.
    • Establish a proactive and professional relationship with all hiring managers to ensure the recruitment process is effectively delivered.
    • Deliver recruitment to the business for both short- and long-term opportunities across numerous regions.
    • Manage the talent pool via the effective use of Applicant Tracking System (MyHR/Success Factors) to include regular candidate screening and availability checks.
    • Coordinate candidate registration process and review new applicants in a timely manner.
    • Assist the relevant to maintain existing candidates’ records so that all information is current and accurate in accordance with International SOS requirements.
    • Responsible for the data integrity of the database and systems updates
    • Assist the recruitment requirements as required with scheduling candidate face-to-face and Teams/Zoom interviews.
    • Assist with conducting candidate reference checking (not credentialing) as required.
    • Assist with arranging interview screenings with the relevant Medical Director.
    • Provide suitable feedback to unsuccessful candidate applicants for roles applied.
    • Conduct a search in the recruitment database for registered and available locum candidates on receipt of a locum staffing request.
    • Manage and coordinate candidate longlisting/shortlisting for JR’s as required.
    • Assist in the compilation of reporting for monthly statistics as requested.
    • Maintain an effective knowledge of medical terminology, practices, and market trends.
    • Perform checks to ensure all qualifications, documents and medical Fit to Work certifications are in place before raising a contract with the HR Operations team.
    • Collect relevant onboarding documents and work with SLOs for seamless mobilization of new employees
    • Pro-actively source new channels for suitably qualified candidates or advertising opportunities. Additional Responsibilities

    • To be aware of International SOS’ OH&S policies, practices, and procedures, actively participate in the ongoing development and enhancement of these important areas of our business.

    • Ideally previous recruitment experience gained within the oil, gas, mining, or health care sectors.
    • Knowledge of Global Mobility and overseas onboarding
    • Working knowledge of MS Word. MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint

    Required Qualifications

    • A degree in Human Resources Management (or equivalent) or minimum 5 years' experience in the HR/Recruitment/Talent Acquisition space.
    • English (fluent both oral and written)

    Overall Purpose of the Job 

    • The Senior Medical Officer (SMO) will be responsible for the planning, organization, controlling and supervision of all activities and services carried out by medical departments at the client's main site and satellite clinics.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Must hold a valid ACLS (AHA) or be prepared to obtain at own cost if selected.
    • Must hold a valid ATLS or be prepared to obtain at own cost if selected.
    • Previous experience in managing Medical Services or similar administrative role.
    • Experience in medical team management.
    • Ability of setting up and managing the educational and training programs.
    • Experience in managing medical evacuations would benefit.
    • Previous remote site experience highly desirable
    • English is essential (written & verbal)
    • Arabic will be an additional advantage.
    • Must be IT Literate.
