    Billings Auditor - Vosloorus

    Minimum Qualifications and experience:

    • Diploma in Nursing
    • 2-3 years experience in Billings environment
    • Advanced Computer Literacy
    • SAP will be an advantage.

    Minimum Duties:

    • Perform Billings Auditing duties in accordance with the Clinix Health Groups standard and procedure.
    • Adhere to the principles and standards of patient advocacy according to the Clinix Health Groups
    • Review and analyses report as a management tool, in order to identify negative trends and implement corrective action.
    • Optimize the billing of products by the Hospital and in line with company requirements and contractual arrangement with Medical Schemes
    • Perform End of Case on the approved system
    • Ensure the accurate maintenance of supplier invoices
    • Efficient management of Billing processes by Specific to private patients, final bill invoices on the SAP system as ‘paper’ claim and forward patient files to the collections department for further management.

    Ward Clerk - Johannesburg

    Minimum Qualifications and experience:

    • Relevant Clinical / Administrative Qualification at NQF level 5.
    • 0 to 1 year administration experience.
    • Computer proficiency – MS Office.

     Minimum Job Requirements:

    • Assist the Unit Manager with the drawing of patient statistics /reports, as and when necessary.
    • Maintain the patient register (Patient list and white board) to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate by documenting admissions and discharges to the unit – this involves reconciling the white board with the SAP system every 2 to 4 hours.
    • Request Unit Manager to approve patient movements/Ensure that patient stickers are available daily.
    • Maintain the filing system by ensuring that the filing of documentation (patients’ documents, minutes and audit documents, for example) is completed.

    Billings Auditor - JHB

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Diploma: Nursing
    • Current registration with SANC
    • 2-3 years’ experience overall work experience in Billings environment.

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    • Print pro-forma invoices on allocated patient files.
    • Access SAP reports daily, such as: Billing status report; Released for final billing; Discharged not released.

    Patient Services Manager - Soweto

     Minimum Qualifications and Experience:  

    • Bachelor’s Degree with Anatomy and Physiology.
    • Current SANC registration.
    • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in private healthcare.

     Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent level of education
    • Pharm degree.

    Job Requirements:

    • Grade 12.
    • Credit Administration or Credit Management Diploma.
