    Rewardsco Learnership Opportunities

    Job Description

    Rewardsco has a fantastic Learnership opportunity available for 30 unemployed individuals to gain a qualification in General Management.

    This opportunity is open to all those that have matriculated/graduated within the last 2 years with no work experience gained during this period.

    Space is limited so allocations will be based on a first come, first served basis.

    Duration of Learnership – 12 months

    About the Learnership: Generic management covers five domains: Leadership, Managing The Environment, Managing Relations, Managing Knowledge and The Practice of Management.

     This qualification addresses each of these domains with generic competencies, allowing learning programmes to be contextualised for specific sectors and industries. It provides opportunities for learners to transfer between various specialisations within management.

     This qualification is further intended to empower learners to acquire the knowledge, skills, attitudes and values required to operate confidently as individuals in South African communities and to respond to the challenging economic environment and constantly changing world of work.

    Completely funded by Rewardsco, this Learnership enables unemployed individuals to gain a fully accredited qualification at NO COST to themselves.

    Those selected will be placed within the Customer Operations Department.

     Job Overview: 

    The main requirement of the Customer Care Consultant is to handle customer complaints, process orders, provide information about a company's products and services and resolve queries.

     Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12/ Matric Qualification gained within the last 2 years
    • No Work Experience gained
    • Excellent telephone etiquette and good listening skills
    • Must have excellent communication (written and verbal)
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
    • Clear Criminal record
    • Must have an original ID
    • Must not be on any other learnership programme or currently studying
