ISDG Scarce Skills Graduate Trainee - Project Administrator at City of Cape Town

Requirements

•  Unemployed South African citizen graduates below the age of 35 years
•  BTech / Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or any other relevant field
•  Two (2) years’ relevant experience
•  Project management skills and report writing
•  Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
•  Planning and organising skills.

Key Performance Areas

•  Monitor and control internal and external services rendered to the ISDG Programme
•  Support the short and long-term objectives and responsibilities ofthe ISDG and FMCBG grant
•  Prepare procurement motivations, approvals and initiate processon request of Project Manager/Senior Project Manager/ProgrammeManager
•  Create and keep a project procurement tracking spreadsheet andobtain procurement order status in information
•  Coordinate and development of presentations and present tomeetings and ETD and ISDG Forums
•  Responding to inquiry/requests, drafting routine andcorrespondence notices
•  Conduct research and investigation regarding matters to ISDG.
