    Instructor I - Johannesburg

    Qualifications

    • Grade 12 / Matric with Mathematics 
    • Comp B
    • Blasting Assistant Competency
    • Charging of Blast Holes ( advantageous) 
    • Portable Charging Unit ( OCU) (advantageous)
    • Emulsion Charging Unit (ECU) (advantageous) 

    Experience

    • 2 years’ demonstrated experience in Underground Explosives Mining environment
    • 1 year demonstrated experience on MEGAMITE

    Duties

    • Implementing and maintaining BME products and equipment underground and on surface
    • Doing daily underground benchmarking on the product advances and giving feedback with pictures and explanations
    • Ensuring daily coaching, training in all working areas on surface and underground with all BME products and equipment used
    • Employee and workplaces must be kept in order, neat, clean and in line with SHEQ trained requirements
    • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness on all the charging up equipment used
    • Needs to give training on BME product and machinery to the clients
