Deliverables in this Role:

• To manufacture good quality preforms (Visual inspections to be completed to monitor)
• Start the process
• To make sure resin in hoper is dry
• To get the mould and barrel up to temperature
• Make sure chiller is running
• Once on temperature barrel must be purged
• Then mould must be purged
• Then machine can be started
• First Preforms must go to waste
• Then preforms get put into cages
• Once full, liner must be sealed closed
• Empty cages must have a bulk bag and liner
• Every 30min preforms must be inspected
• Must be prepared to carry out any lawful and reasonable instructions
• Machines must be greased according to maintenance schedules 
• Mould size changes
• Make sure bags are clean and not damaged before use
• All material use must be recorded
• Adhere to company health & safety policy’s (HACCP)
• Adhere to standards

Minimum requirements
What Education, Core Knowledge and Experience will afford me this opportunity?

• Grade 12

Experience

1. 6 months experience in Injector Department
2. 6 months experience in beverage industry
3. Technical skills
