Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Licensed attorney with a valid bar membership.
  • Proven experience as a Legal Counsel or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
